Unlike other companies we do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch.
We accept payment by Paypal, Switch, Visa and Mastercard and take orders and payment either by phone or on the website
Please ensure all Paypal payments for both UK and International transactions are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping and Handling
The majority of orders recevied before 4pm will be dispatched on the day of receipt of the order. The majority of orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day except at weekends when they will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please note : We do not deliver Saturday or Sunday.
We will email you with the progress and status of your order.
Orders placed for delivery within the UK
For orders below £250 ;
Standard Delivery £5.42 plus vat
48 hr Delivery £8.29 plus vat.
Note - we do not deliver weekends so Thursday orders on 48 hr will be delivered Monday.
24 hr Delivery £10.00 plus vat.
Note - for 24 hour delivery the order(s) must be placed by 12 noon for next day delivery. We do not deliver at weekends so Friday orders will be delivered Monday.
Order placed for delivery outside the UK
International Orders do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges will be confirmed via email before dispatch.
Order placed for delivery to BFPO
All BFPO orders for delivery outside UK are sent VAT free. If VAT isn't deducted in the checkout it will be done so once the order has been processed.
£7.50 for orders weighing less than 1kg
£10.00 for up to a maximum of 25kg.
Stock Holding Policy
In the unlikely event of us being out of stock of an item you have ordered we will email you with the expected delivery date and appropriate options. You will always have the option to change or cancel your order if the wait is not acceptable.
20% VAT is added tor orders made from the UK or the European Union. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
We have installed leading payment security software and processes. When your order is placed on our website, all credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We are committed to providing the best choice of brands at the best value.
If you do find the same product cheaper, in the same size and in stock, at another specialist website please do call us and we will be more than happy to match it.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Frog Island Triathlon does not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
E-Mailing Our Customers
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. In the email and on our site you will be able to opt in to receive future emails containing exclusive offers. You can Opt Out of receving emails at any time by simply following the unsubscribe link.
Exchanges and Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to do so you must notify us by email or letter.
Items will have to be returned by yourself at the customers cost. It is recommended item(s) are returned by recorded delivery.
Returned goods may incur a charge equivalent to 10% of the item/s value for restocking unless otherwise agreed in advance with our staff.
Exchanged items do not incur the 10% restocking charge.
Worn, personalized, bespoke or specially manufactured items cannot be returned.
Postage and packing costs are not refundable.
An exchanged item may be subject to a new shipping charge.
Goods will be charged to your account on the same day as shipping.
